Where is Northgate located?

Just east of Interstate 17, between Bell Rd and Greenway Rd., in Phoenix, AZ 85023. Both entrances to Northgate are off Grandview Rd. From Bell Rd come south on 19th Ave to Grandview Rd and turn west. You can also enter by taking the I-17 frontage road from Greenway Rd north to Grandview Rd and turning east to the gated entrances.
